Went to high school together and even attended the same social gatherings but never talked until a year or two after graduation through a mutual friend on the game words with friends and then facebook and then started hanging out. 5 years later and here we are!

I remember the first time I laid my eyes on Nick — that Tinder profile pic was HOT (Lol yes, we met on Tinder). I had a thing for men in suits and, of course, his picture was him in a suit. We first met on one of the most known online dating apps back in 2016. I had spontaneously asked him to take me on a date to the Baltimore Aquarium and that was the first time I had met him. I knew instantly that there was something different about him. Besides the cute dimples and kind smile, I was insanely attracted to him & his fun personality. Yet, unfortunatly, due to the number of dates I had been going on, I forgot his name. Whoops! He forgave me and made it clear that he was a very forgiving and patient man. We then started seeing each other at least three times a week and about a month later we officially started dating. From that moment on things moved fast and I loved every moment of my time spent with Nick.

Fast forward a year later — We moved into our first apartment. So many new memories were shared as we got to experiencing being around each other all the time. Patience was definitely key at this time. We learned a lot more about each other at this time and we both knew our love had only grown stronger.

Another year after we bought our first home. It’s no surprise that we added another member onto the family...Anakin, our Alaskan Malamute, who stole both of our hearts. You can imagine at that point I had started to bring up the idea of a ring & marriage. I mean that’s only natural, right? You can also assume that I kept bugging him constantly about it. I was so in love with the idea of US that it started to consume me and I kept waiting for it but no ring was yet in sight.

Let’s just say I’m no good with surprises or keeping secrets. I think this may be the main reason why he waited to propose to me. I had a feeling that a ring was finally coming very soon since Christmas time was approaching and he kept telling me to be patient. Early December Nick’s birthday has come and it was celebration time. Naturally, I thought nothing of getting proposed to at that time and I guess that was why the timing was perfect. We were at his birthday dinner and Nick starts saying how he had been busy all week preparing for an important task. At that moment all of my dreams came true and I saw the sparkle as he opened the ring box. I was completely blown away and speechless. That truly was the happiest moment of my life.

Once Dylan graduated high school, he decided to join the Air Force. After boot-camp, he got stationed right here in Las Vegas, but he almost changed his assignment and got stationed elsewhere because he had been here before, for his 16th birthday, and he didn't like the big city much. Then, one of his higher ups basically said to him, "Give Vegas another chance without the strip and everything relating to that. Who knows, you might like it better." Little did we all know that he would end up enjoying it more than he cared for. In September 2017, just a few months after he got stationed here, I was supposed to meet a friend at a Starbucks, but they bailed on me. As I was about to leave, he came up to me and told me that he liked my shirt. We started talking about it, because it was a Supernatural shirt, and, well, the rest is history. If it wasn't for my friend bailing or even just inviting me to that one specific Starbucks, I never would have met the love of my life. My best friend, partner in crime, my everything.

I met my fiancé at my high school. I was in Chemistry class when I first saw him. A week later he told a friend that he bought a new phone. And I offer to put my phone number just for when he needed help with homework and then the whole class phone numbers. 😂😂😂

High school I would stare at the back of his head in U.S History! Haha. A mutual friend got us to become friends and even a little more than friends. He asked me to be his girlfriend with a dozen red roses and I said no! I was too nervous I thought he was too good for me 😂 anyways, we are engaged, moving into our first home in less than two weeks and planning our wedding that is September 21 of 2019! Funny how life happens ❤️❤️ He is the most amazing man in the world

We actually met in kindergarten! We went on to separate middle schools, and met back up in high school! Turns out we were each others little "crush" back in elementary school! We started dating our sophomore year and have been together ever since! This is actually our first picture together, at our kindergarten graduation!

So me and some of my Friends went to a party at someone’s house we knew and there was a lot of poeple there. We’re all having a good time and having fun. Fast forward a little bit and there was this guy there and at first I was flattered when he was giving me compliments but then it started getting weird and he wouldn’t leave me alone and nick (my now fiancé) was standing next to me and I told the other guy oh I’m sorry I with him and I grabbed nicks hand and arm. Nick had no idea who I was and no idea what was going on. The other guy left and I looked at nick and smiled and introduced myself and he did the same and after that we started talking for the rest of the night. And now we’re engaged haha

My fiance, Kalen, is from Columbus, Ohio and I am from Buffalo, NY. He was on an out-of-town work assignment in Buffalo and staying at an extended-stay hotel. Completely unrelated, I came home from work one day to find our house on fire, so my family and I ended up moving into the same hotel that Kalen was staying in while our house was rebuilt. My mom actually met him before I did participating in the "community events" that the hotel hosted for its many residents, and weeks later she later ended up introducing us in the lobby. Our ceremony is taking place in that same spot in the lobby that we met. Smiley smile

    Puppy love kind of story

We Met through an Online dating site that each of our friends pushed us to try it out. We match due to both our love of Shelter dogs. He is a foster dog dad and I use to visit the Shelter every week when I was in college. We meet in person and knew we had a connection it was not just for each other but also for shelter dogs. We have grown closer over time and learn from each other. We foster out dogs and work together to get the dogs ready for the forever homes. I will say this we have had our ups and down but at the end of the day we come together and figure it out. My Fiance is my best friend, my rock, my biggest supporter. I prayed for a Future Husband to be everything My fiance is and God answer my prayers! Thank God! for Dogs because they lead us to each other!

We attended the same middle school, he was a ‘grade’ behind me. We rode the same bus to & from school all through middle school. We went to different high schools, although his family started attending my church my 8th grade year, so we saw eachother twice a week without fail. Ran the same social circles but were never friends. Five years after graduation, and many failed relationships on both our parts we “woke up” at a game night
