How did you meet your future spouse?

We had the same job and the day I saw him I just knew we were meant to be. I wasn’t wanting though to date anyone because I just came out of a really really bad relationship that left me with PTSD..... one the girls knew I liked him and gave him my number... a lunch date turned into an all day event of watching a movie and going to the beach. From that day on every day he took me out on a date even if I got off work at 10pm he took me out to dinner or a movie. A week later he asked me out and there our journey began!

We met online 4 years ago. Honestly, I was fed up with the whole dating scene, and I decided I was going to remove my profile from any dating sites I was on. When I logged on to take down my profile, I saw an email from him. It was the most well written email (a huge plus for me), it wasn’t written in all caps (I’m surprised at how many men do this), and I just got this warm fuzzy feeling just reading it. I clicked on his profile and saw how much we had in common. The funny thing is that I’d seen his profile before, and while I thought he was cute, I passed over him a few times because his profile picture made him look like an excessive party-er. It turns out he was actually tipsy in the pic (a reunion pic) even though he rarely drinks. We emailed back and forth for two weeks before talking on the phone. Then we talked on the phone for a month before finally meeting. I knew after the first phone call that he was the one!!!!

We met each other as freshmen living in the same dorm at college 😊 Started school in August and began dating at the end of October. I knew he'd be the one the moment I saw him and he the same! He still remembers what I wore the day we met. We have been together 8 years (engaged and living together for 2 of those years). Best decision ever ❤

We met at college! We met freshman year and became instant best friends. We were always loyal to our separate relationships so we didn’t start dating until after college!

We met while we were working in Japan at two different companies. Our companies worked on a project together which caused our paths to cross. The fun thing is neither of us wanted a relationship because at any moment one of of could be transferred to another country. In spite of all the transfers we are still together and getting married.

We've known each other since I (Corinne) was a Senior in high school and best friends with Trav's older sister.

• After his sister and I graduated, we went our different directions (as often happens with those we've grown up with) and so I also lost touch with Travis.

  Fast forward 20 years to 2013. Sadly, Trav's grandmother Joan passed away. His sister (whom I reconnected with via Facebook) asked if I would speak on her behalf since she couldn't make it in from Utah for the service. I was off work that day and had planned to go anyway, so I said yes to her request. I went to the service and reunited with Trav, not even knowing that God was at work at that very moment. That evening I got a Facebook friend request from him, we started talking and the rest, as they say... is history.

We met through a mutual friend. She was his coworker and she and I were roommates. He needed a place to crash for a week that was closer to a contract he was working on. We were able to have a conversation on his last day at my house and set a date to watch Star Wars. 3 years later, here we are!

We attended the same high school and always passed by one another through the years. Down the road we met through a mutual friend and the rest is history....

We met Online, was friends for 6 years

We met on the job. He was our daily courier. He overheard me saying I was a Cowboys fan. He had to tell me he was a Redskins fan and the rest is history.

We met through Tinder, and hit it off almost immediately. Our first date involved him coming to spend the weekend at my apartment (we lived two hours apart at the time) and I cooked dinner. We watched some movies, ate lots of food, and just enjoyed each others’ company. Two weeks later we said our I love you’s, and nothing had ever felt so right! Now we live much closer together (15 minutes apart), and are planning our big day!
