How did you meet ?

We met on Tinder. I was recently explaining Tinder to a friend, how it’s a dating app that provides connections based on location and time of use. So we were both in the same area at the same time looking for more. I am so happy I found someone who wants to grow with me

I was couch surfing and my friend let me stay at his place until I could find more permanent housing. My husband was my friends roommate Once I moved out we started dating and have been together ever since.

My friend went on a date with him and thought we'd be a better fit. Funny thing is, that's how my dad ended up on his first date with my mom (and they're married for over 38 years.)

Met my FH on Match after many many failed attempts and literally wanting to give up.

We met on Bumble and everything went from there!

We met at a wedding! He was the best man and I was a bridesmaid. We ended up both going to the same college but didn't know it until we reconnected that fall. We became best friends first and then started dating 9 months after ☺️♥️

I love this question because I met my husband on the school bus, lol. We were 14 and attending two different high schools, next door to each other. We always stared at each other while waiting at the bus stop but never spoke. One day, the seat next to him was the only spot left on the bus so I sat there. I looked up at him after I sat down and looked into his hazel eyes and started talking. We became best friends, have been officially together for seven years, and married for 6 months.

We actually met in 7th grade..he liked me, I didn’t like him..we talked and became best friends. When we were in 11th grade he was dating another girl and she wasn’t a good person and didn’t treat him right and at this point I had feelings for him. He came over one night and we talked about how she wasn’t good for him and how he deserved so much better. I flat out told him that night that I liked him and he reciprocated the same feelings so that’s how we started dating.

We met while doing a Christmas caroling pub crawl with mutual friends but didn't actually go on a date until a couple of years later. One of my friends put in a good work for him and we matched on Tinder and went on a date, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Bumble. He looked like someone I'd date, and he had a quote from Joe Dirt on his profile and nothing else and I couldn't tell if he was joking or serious.

Well.. Technically the first time we met was at a concert. It was a hoho show Story of the Year, Greek Fire, F off and dies. My stepmom Dad and sis all worked at same company and he was a coworker of theirs. We all went to the concert. At the time I was actually married. My sister's first words to him.. This is my sister and she's married so don't hit on her! 😂 about 2nhalf years later I started wrkin at same company..I didn't even remember that he worked there bc we didn't really talk when first met him. We worked on a 4-5month long project together along with other coworkers and we became great friends. Unexpectedly started having feelings for each other, and it's been a wonderful 4 years can't wait to Marry my best friend in October!

We have a mutual friend that we met through. Our friend, I knew from college and my FH has known him all his life. Our mutual friend wanted to take a walk in the wetlands with some friends and invited both of us. When we all went, I found out a few things about him and was interested in him instantly but I could not do anything since I was in a relationship with someone else. He was my teddy bear then and he will always be my teddy bear. After that day we spent more and more time and I broke it off with the relationship that I was in and finally got to be with my FH, The rest is history.

My FH and I met on match and six weeks later he proposed. We’ve been together a year.

We met on the app Hinge. I was planning on deleting the app that day because I thought the app life wasn't bringing me who I wanted. ( I had high standards..) That day was the first day he joined the app because he wanted to get out of his normal circles. Anyways, I was about to deactivate and delete my account when he slipped in to my messages and I was like "oh! hold up!" We talked for a couple weeks before we went on our first date because I was moving. Turns out I moved only 15 minutes away from where he lives. And the well the rest is a fairytale, as my friends say. If we weren't on the app we would have never crossed paths even while living near each other.
