You can mail your marriage certificate in to SSA with a form. If you can even get access to your clerks office. I will warn you though, tried to take care of mine this way and the SSA lost all my paperwork. So now I have no marriage certificate to try again. I am waiting until we can go in person. I can't have them loosing my personal information. After all, those forms do have your SSN on them.

I would call your county clerk or social security office and ask if it’s possible to change your name this way with the marriage certificate. Every state is different on what they allow and some require a court order name change.
