How do I plan the ceremony for my wedding?

Talk with your officiant- ours have several options to choose from.

Your officiant will have lots of options for you that they can walk you through and you can choose to incorporate whatever you like. They should also be able to send you a script of what they will say for you to read through.

I had my pastor just give me what his usual template for officiating weddings was and then I just edit it to my liking

I did a lot of research online and FH and I wrote our ceremony script ourselves pulling from lots of examples. We wrote our own vows as well, we wrote each line separately and then came together to decide the order. We are doing our vows alternating. He says one of his vows, I say one of mine, him, me, etc.

Ask your officiant. They have templates to mix and match or a set script for a religious wedding. Make sure you are on the same page when you interview them.
