How do i print my guest list out with the addresses?

Where do you have the names and addresses currently? I have mine saved in an excel spreadsheet so I can easily make changes and I also marked who I sent save the dates to. In excel you can highlight the names and address columns and print just that if you want.

Hi Kalynn! To print out your guest list with addresses, you will select the event you want (Ceremony, Reception, Bridal Shower, etc.), then click on the Export button on the top right of the screen. You will have an option to choose Download or Print, and you'll want to download. This will save a spreadsheet with all your guest info (including addresses), and once it's downloaded, you can customize it and print it from there!

Is there a way to export the family as one group? I recall in the past, being told that you could select the values you wanted. Formatting is taking a long time to combine names into one list.

Hi Mary Kate! Our Guest List export tool does not currently have the option to export guests as a specific group. I'm happy to share this feedback with our Development Team for a possible future improvement!

There just seems like there should be an easier way. You have all the information here on the app. And yet to get you guys to print the information on envelopes that we’re purchasing from you also, it all has to be converted and then re-submitted, which is just a lot. Surely somebody could think of a better way to take the information that you already have And get it printed on the envelopes that we are ordering from you through the site as well. Please tell me if I have missed something because it just seems to be way harder than it should be given all the information you already have.
