How do i set up a registry with a local store and add it to my wedding website?

Kelsey, on May 24, 2022 at 6:58 PM Posted in Account Support 1 3

I really love two particular local kitchen stores and want to add them to my registry along with some of the default Wedding Wire options. How do I do this, if it is even possible?

Amazon wedding registry has the ability to add items from different websites. For example, I wanted a few items from Nordstrom and they were able to be purchased by my guests “through” Amazon. I don’t know, but I’d look into it!

Do the local stores let you make registries through them? If so, you could just hyperlink them on your registry page.

We did our registry through MyRegistry.com, which lets you sync registries from other stores as well as add individual items from other stores/ websites even if you don't have an official registry there. That way everything is in one place. We did a Walmart and Macy's registry, which we were able to sync, but the china pattern we liked didn't have all the pieces at one place, so we just pulled the one or two missing items from other stores.

Hi Kelsey! First you'd start wedding registries with those two stores, then you can import them into your WeddingWire registry!
