How do shuttle services work?

Depends on who are what you book. Typically a school bus is cheaper and will shuttle guests to and from hotel/venue.

Three round trips would be ideal that way you have one shuttle taking people to the venue and two staggered leaving the venue (an earlier one for guests who don't want to stay until the end.) Typically they pick up/drop off from whatever hotel the majority of guests are staying at.

View Quoted Comment Oh, that’s very different from how shuttles in our area work. Here, we just pay for the amount of hours we would like the shuttle to run, and they make as many trips as needed during that alotted time.

I love the shuttle idea! I think three round trips would probably work, depending on the size of your crowd.
