How do you hide gifts purchased on registries

Shelby, on December 2, 2019 at 11:01 PM Posted in Registry 0 3
Help! I don’t want to know what we are getting and have already accidentally seen something. I don’t have the will power not to look and if I go back and add stuff I don’t want to see something that was purchased. Is there a way to hide this specifically amazon and BBB??

Remove yourself and have your maid of honor handle the registry to avoid peeking. Or someone you know won't peek or spill the beans.

Having a registry defeats any element of surprise. Nearly everyone who will give you a gift will purchase it off your registry since it is a guide to what you want, hence having a registry. It is actually recommended that you monitor your registry so you can check for items that go out of stock and replenish it as items are purchased. If you truly want to be surprised, then don't have a registry.

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Shelby!

As Dk advised, would you consider adding your maid of honor to handle the registry or a family member to help you resist the temptation? This does sound like the best way to handle this Smiley smile
