how early should the flowers get delivered to the venue?

Our ceremony starts at 5:30pm. Our photographer is getting there at 4pm. Our florist wants to know what time to schedule the flower delivery for...and I have no clue! Any suggestions?

I would first ask the venue how early can the florist arrive. I would then ask the florist how long it would take to set up, then build in at least an hour extra for emergencies. Our church florist only needed an hour at the church, but I am not sure how long the reception took.
