How far out did you book your honeymoon?

We booked over a year out on Sandals website. We wanted it paid off before we went. They set up an account for you and we were able to put money toward it each month. Sandals requires that you have everything paid a month prior to your stay. I know it’s kinda late for you to do that now but I’d open a 0% interest credit card, if possible. I’m getting married in October and we just booked our honeymoon last week. I don’t think there’s a rule. If there are rooms available and flights then book when you are ready!
