Hi Grace! First, you must obtain a marriage license from your local county clerk, but you are required to undergo a 3-day waiting period prior to having the ceremony. After the 3-day waiting period, you have 60 days to perform the ceremony in which you can select a courthouse from the list of Florida Clerks of Court Offices.
