How long did it take for your Fiance or Husband to propose to you after becoming a couple? Where did he propose to you at, and what exactly did he do;

We were together one year when we got my ring and 6 months later he proposed while we were cuddling and playing with our cat.

We started dating May 2015 and he proposed February 2018! He was going to do it ok Valentines Day but couldn’t wait I guess and proposed on our couch after the Super Bowl 😂

We hung out outside of work for the first time After midnight January 1 2015 (I still consider it NYE since I worked all night and hadn’t gone to bed yet) and we made it official in February.
He proposed this past NYE on our trip to Disney World after dinner in Cinderella Castle. So exactly 3 years after that 1st night.
Well be married in 53 days, i think, January 19! Just past 4 years being together!
From the very beginning he would say when we get married..., not if. But when we would talk about it he would tell me it’s not going to happen, he said it even as we walked into the restaurant the night he proposed. I just laughted inside because I knew he was going to do it, that man can’t hide much from me he literally tells me everything!

View Quoted Comment Same here! Met in college and said yes 10 years later. A lot of people like to comment and tell me that they wouldn't have waited that long but it worked for us. We had school obligations to complete and finances to settle. We always knew we would be married so it didn't bother me to wait. Of course now that I have a ring I'm ready to move things along and start our life together!

He sent me on an entire day scavenger hunt that took me from where we met, to all our "greatest hits of 10 years" and then to his hometown where he proposed with family and friends hiding around the corner.

We started dating April 2010 he proposed to me June 29 2018. He did it on our family vacation to Disney world. He waited the whole day till after happily ever after. When I turned around he bent down on one knee as if he was gonna tie his shoe then pulled out the ring and asked the big question.

We started dating long distance in September 2016 and moved in together May 2017. He proposed June 2018 in the Eastern Sierras (our favorite place to camp and vacation) on the side of a lake before we joined my family on an annual camping trip. They were hoping he would propose and came prepared with champagne and flutes!

We became a couple in the summer of 2013, engaged in the spring of 2017! He proposed when the London Eye reached the top on our first international trip!

Our love story is a little different than most I think.. we have known each other since 3rd grade and have been really close friends since senior year of high school. We started dating in our sophomore year of college on October 24th, 2017. I honestly thought he would just be a good first boyfriend (yes he is my first boyfriend!). But about a month in I started to get the feeling that he was very serious about this relationship. We went looking for rings in the summer of 2018 and he finally proposed on November 17th, 2018.

He proposed to me in my apartment. It was just the two of us and he handed me a journal. He said he had been writing letters in the journal every month we’ve been dating and that he wants to continue to write me letters into our engagement and continue on from there. Then he backed up and got down on one knee and said “will you marry me?” It was intimate, thoughtful, and so so perfect!

Started dating February of 2018 got engaged September 2018 and will be tying the knot May of 2020 when you know you know 💕
