How long does it take to get a certified copy of marriage license?

My husband and I got married July 3, 2015 in Key West and were told it would take 3 weeks. As of today it is still in processing and we have not received a copy. On a positive note it was a beautiful beach wedding. We used weddings to go and they did a great job!

We were told in our county, it would take up to 6 weeks. I'm glad you had a wonderful wedding.

As everything wedding related, it varies by state. I'd suggest calling weddings to go and ask them.....

Here the courthouse says 2 weeks. I say 2-4 weeks during slow season. During wedding/tourist season I say 4-6 weeks.

If you don't have it by Monday, call the courthouse where you got it.
