How long should hair take per bridesmaid?

I would trust your hair stylist. One person might go over by 5-10 minutes, but someone else will likely be under 30 minutes, they should equal out. As with everything else on your timeline, I would allow a little extra time to be safe.

My girls took about 30 minutes each give or take. I let the girls decide how they wanted to wear their hair, so they all had Pinterest pictures to show the stylists. We had 2 stylists. Some of my girls did simple curled styles with their hair down, others did more intricate up-dos. I went last, taking the most time at around an hour total.

This sounds right to me. I have long thick hair and have been a BM many times. I’ve always had updos and it’s never taken more than 30 mins to get my hair done.

I allotted about the same time for me and my maids and my hairstylist said that was more than enough time.

My stylist wants 45 minutes per girl. My hair is almost to my butt and so is another bridesmaids and hers is really thick the other 2 have just under shoulder length thinner hair.
Depending on how involved the hair styles are 30 minutes might be ok

Yes, an experienced stylist will be done within 30 minutes. A few stylist I have reached out too have all said that the day of they just wash the brides hair none of the maids, so that takes out the drying time lol

Yes - this sounds right!! The schedule from my hair and makeup team was 30 minutes per bridesmaid for hair, and 30 minutes per bridesmaid for makeup. They saved an hour and a half for my hair and makeup, and (most importantly) added an extra 30 minute buffer at the end for touch-ups and just in case things are running late!
