How long you and your fh been dating before getting engaged?

15 years. We have been engaged for a year and a half.

A year and a half for the engagment. We will be together for 4 years before we get married. I always thought it be best if i lived with the person before I married them. That way we can build and work on things before the goverment gets involved.

Two years before he asked me

Almost 10 months from meeting to engagement. 5 more to wedding day.

Together 8 years when we got engaged, had known each other for 15 years.

My Fiancé have been together for 6 years before we got engaged this past December. We just celebrated our 7th year anniversary last month and we will be getting married on our 8th year anniversary. We decided to keep our same anniversary date ❤️

My husband and I had only been together for a year when he bought my ring, but he didn't propose until almost 4 months later. We celebrated our 3 year anniversary (dating wise) in April and got married in June! I feel like even that's not very long compared to most of my friends and aquaintances that have gotten married. But they always say "When you know you know"

Dated when we were in high school, I was 15 he was 18. 22yrs later we found each other again. Started talking May 2015, he left his home town and moved in with me 3 months later. He proposed March of this yr and we have been together 3 yrs now.

We dated for 10 months before getting engaged. We get married in 25 days when we will have been together for just over 1 1/2 years.

We got engaged after 14 months. We knew from the very beginning. I basically moved in with him the first week I knew him and I was officially moved in after just 3 months.

We were together nearly 4 years (engaged on 4/02/2018, dating 4 years on 5/05/2018). We knew from the beginning that this was it for us. Our wedding is 2.5 years away and that is so okay with me. Taking this whole thing slow has been a blessing and we are treasuring this pre-wedding time. I am so okay with a long engagement and not rushing into anything.

Four and a half years together before he proposed. We will have a year and a half engagement so it'll be six years and 3 days together when we say 'i do!'

We had been dating for 16, almost 17 years before we got engaged. I thought he was never going to propose. We get married in three months and will have been together 18 years at that time.

We been together for 8 years, lived together for 5 years, and engaged for 9 months. Wow I didn't think it was long until I seen everyone else's post for being together months. I knew I would spend my life with him after our 1st year of dating but was always scared of marriage bc of seeing so many failed marriages around me. He wanted to get married 2 years ago but I just wasn't ready to let go of my fear, fast forward to last year I had began nagging him about proposing after rejecting his thought of an attempt to propose a year before. May 4, 2019 and we can't wait to be official.

Celebrated our 9 year anniversary 12/24 and got engaged 12/30
