How many days/nights will your honeymoon be?

cupcake_bride, on May 31, 2014 at 11:32 AM Posted in Honeymoon 0 28

We are doing 6 days/5 nights. I guess I'm ok with it- 4 full days seems like not a lot of time though. We want a day after the wedding and before the work week to recover. We're going to Jamaica Smiley smile

We're doing 8 nights in Jamaica, but we're leaving a couple weeks after the wedding rather than right away.

We spent 10 days in Mexico! It was amazing and it was the perfect amount of time. We felt 7 days wouldn't be enough but didn't want to go for 2 week.s

14 in St. MARTIN! But im taking 28 days off work! Cannot wait!!!! I was worried they would give me the same caselaod and expect me to make it up before and after (when you take a week or two, you are expected to work Ot to maintain your cases before an after, not much of a break). But they are actually getting coverage for my cases, so i dont have to worry about it!

I am thinking 7-10. We have a daughter who will be 3 in June of 2015 (we get married in September 2015) so I guess it depends on her state of mind and needs as the time gets closer. But a week is the least we are thinking since we get to use his parents timeshare ^_^

8 nights in either Paris or Rome (I've been to Rome so I'd rather do Paris). But, since I'm a teacher, we won't be leaving for our honeymoon until spring break which is 5 months later.

We will also do a minimoon to Charleston for 2 nights immediately following the wedding.

    7 days/6 nights.

Our wedding is on a friday so we're resting the saturday, then going to Disney World from Sunday-Saturday. That gives us a day to rest before we start work again the next week as well.

We will be in the Dominican for the wedding for 9 days and will then go to Disney for 5 days and Charleston for 5 days. I can't take any time before we leave or after we get back. It's going to be busy, but I can't wait! 37 days!

Our second honeymoon will be in Aruba for 5 days/4 nights. Our vow renewal is on a Saturday and we're leaving out on Monday and coming back on Friday. We don't go back to work until that Tuesday since we come back Labor Day weekend Smiley smile

We took 3 days off for our mini-moon right after the wedding, but DH had to go back to work. So we took our big honeymoon 6 months later. We did 7 nights in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
