How many for a streamer send off?

Brittany, on September 12, 2021 at 2:55 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 3

Hello, we are having our wedding in a month and want to get these awesome streamer poppers for our end of night send-off. Should I buy enough for every guest, or should I assume a certain amount of people will have left by the end of the night (10pm)? We are having about 90 people at the wedding.

I think this is a know your crowd kind of thing. We invited 110 guests & 95 showed. By 9 it was down to 50. I’m 51 & my husband is 50- the majority of our guests were out age. We’re not a party all night kind of people.

Hi Brittany!! What time will your send-off be? And how long of a reception?? That'll give us a better idea of how much guest drop-off there might be!

The streamers look really fun, and it won't hurt to have a few extra in case there are any duds or in case some people grab two!! It looks like they're sold in multiples of 14, so maybe 5-6 packs?

Yeah the send-off is at about 10pm, at the end of a 4 hour reception. I assume elderly relatives will leave by 8:30 or 9pm, but I really don't know about the young & middle aged crowds. I was thinking 5 packs would be good, but maybe an extra pack would be good just in case…
