How many guests actually show up?

We invited 190 and are getting about 100. Almost all are traveling

If testing is required, I think you should pay for it. Guests should have their costs covered to attend. Also, always assume 100% attendance.

Does this include vendors? Most places I’ve seen, limits like this DO include vendors since they are literally in attendance & increase the total number. And don’t forget about yourself & your partner!


You should always assume you’ll have the full amount, but I think that’s especially true for a mostly local guest list. So if you’re inviting over 100 people you definitely need to let everyone know the rules. It would be a pain for everyone if you wait to see, then find out you have over 100, & have to contact everyone last minute to let them know.

I invited 130 people and so far 11 declined, with 73 saying they are coming... still waiting for the rest to come in, deadline is april 9
