    We've been together for 7 1/2 years, so a lot.

    We didn't get to spend Thanksgiving together for the first few years, because of travel obligations (and some family drama), but now that's well over.

    Christmas is almost always at ILs, since they are Catholic.

    Technically it's our sixth holiday together but we didn't spend the first one together because it was still a really new relationship for both of us and he was in a funk because his mom wasn't home for Christmas.
