How many items?

How many guests are you having? What everyone told us when we registered was you should generally have 2 gift options per guest. So if you’re having 100 guests have 200 things on your registry. You would rather have too much than not enough, plus most places offer completion discounts!

I did not register for that many gifts (guest list out number registry.) Both groom and I are in our early 30s. So we already own everthing we need. Only thing I wanted to register was some super nice shampoo and blow dryer. Lol but was told by friends that it was either inappropriate or awesome (depending on who I asked).

488. We invited 184 guests and are also having a Couple Shower with 60 guests. I wanted to give them a lot of options as well as various price points.

I read you're suppose to register for exactly how many people you invite to the wedding (ie: 150 guests =150+ items on your registry). Obviously, every couple's needs will be different, so I don't think it really matters, just include items with different price points! Don't be afraid to put something expensive on it either, you don't know who might all go in for that item!

43 items. We already live together and we want mostly cash so we kept it small so we'd get what we want and need.

I have two. One has like 160 and one has like 80 something lol

70, we want money more than we want simmering from the registry.

32. It's so sad I'm thinking of not even publishing it. I didn't want a registry at all but a couple of people have asked. We're not having a shower though. We really don't need anything!
