How many of you are putting your pictures on your invitations?

FH just texted me and asked if we could put our engagement pictures on our invites. I guess the photographer sent something over that he really liked. (I haven't seen it yet). I honestly haven't seen many wedding invites with engagement pictures on them, but think it could be kinda cool. We did not do any pictures for our STDs and only just took our engagement pictures on Sunday.

So I am sitting here bored at work, obsessing about my invitations (and still not being able to decide what I want), and was wondering how many people do it?

So did you put a picture of yourselves on the invites?

We're putting a pic with the invitation but not on it.

I love the idea and wish we had now, especially since we didn't do any STD's. If it's what you like, go for it!

I'm not a fan, but I'm kind of old school when it comes to stationary. We didn't have our picture on our STDs nor our invites.

We did. I'm pretty shocked. I hated all the photo ones on vista print. We wanted to cut cost so we aren't doing STDs. We did trifolds from basicinvite.com. Despite the mix up on pricing I must say I absolutely adore them! We made one panel an RSVP and we are getting them perforated for $10 at staples so people can tear them off and mail them back

N.B. The date isn't wrong in Canada we write either mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy but in the UK they do dd/mm/yy strictly so I did it that way on purpose.

@Kemmie and Rachey I love your invites! I have been considering doing something similar, and the more I see them the more I like the idea!

We aren't doing STDs, and I did our invitations with no photos. We plan on displaying some of our engagement photos at the wedding, and then sending a photo from our wedding with our thank you cards and our announcements (for those that weren't invited).

I think it's a cute idea to include it with your invitation. I love getting photos from people.

We did a photo on stds and a photo on one side of our invites. We spent enough money on the photos, better show them off! They turned out gorgeous.
