How many of you met online?

Technically we meet through his ex I worked with her when they were together but we started actually talking on Meetme. We texted for a week or so and started officially dating after we hung out

We met on OKCupid 4.5 years ago. Because of my job it was kind of hard to meet guys. My friends told me I should try online dating. I was on there for about 2 weeks before matching with my FH. I went and checked out his page but didn't message him. A couple hours later I got a message from him. I didn't think we would hit it off since we have a 20 year age difference. But my age didn't bother him at all.

Met on POF and met for the first time at a dog park with our pups a week later. Officially dating a month or so later. Both of us had moved to Dallas, TX for work from other places (KC, MO & Boston) and literally didn't know a soul. We actually moved the exact same month to the same area. It was nuts. We didn't want to meet someone in a bar so we went online. 3 years and a move to Seattle, WA later, we're getting married!

We met in Rift which is a video game online.

We met on tinder. I gave him my snapchat username and pretty much forgot all about him. months later I posted on my SC story that I needed recommendations on where to eat lunch. He responded and met me at the restaurant he suggested. We were official 2 weeks later. It wasn't until after we were dating that I even remembered that tinder is how we first met.

We met on Match. He was my first match experience. We emailed for a week and met on 6 January, We consider 6 January our dating anniversary. He kissed me a week later and told me he loved me a month later. This Jan will be 3 years for us.

We met on OKCupid! We had both tried all the online dating sites, deleted and tried again. I for sure had to go through some not so perfect guys first, but it was so worth the wait. We chatted through the app, then text and phone calls... We went on a date and hit it off, we dated for a couple of weeks before making it official. We were in a relationship, living 45 minutes apart and working different days. After 6 months of that I moved in with him. Then 1 year and 4 months of dating, we're engaged!

We met on Facebook in a group called Vegan Singles. We went from friends to acquaintances to falling in love. We became Facebook friends a few days after a couple posts he did, Jan 6, 2015. We officially became a couple April 23, 2015. We met May 22. 2015. We knew before we met we belonged together.

We met on OKCupid. I was moving to Wisconsin and had changed my profile to indicate that. I had looked at his profile but since I didn't know the geography, I thought he was too far away from Madison. He reached out to me saying, "do you always window shop?" We chatted online the whole evening. It advanced to texts and emails. We just clicked. It took him about two weeks to get up the nerve to call me. I moved about three weeks later. He met me at the airport with a rose and a kiss. It was our first meeting. That night he asked me to be his girlfriend. Engaged 17 months later.

My 24th birthday a good family friend of mine made an online dating site for me ( gave me the password) I had no pictures and I saw my Fh , he messaged me saying "it would be nice if you had a picture) i told him Im sorry I don't wanna share my pic LOL he said i don't use this and its gonna close in a couple days, you know how i look like , i wanna see how u look like, messages back n forth we exchanged numbers and we talked for a week, a week later we met and the rest was history!! Best decision was giving him a chance!!

I had met my FH before in passing through mutual friends but never thought anything about it. He was going through a bad divorce. A few months later he messaged me on Match. I didn't realize who he was at first even after viewing his profile. After a few messages back & forth I realized who he was and he asked me to lunch. That was 5 years ago...

Well kinda. I really met him picking up his niece at school where my 2 children attended. Well we never talked, a few times we meet eyes but that was it.

But..... I had a good friend, now one of my BIL, and I was going through my Instagram one day and he post a picture with DH saying "my oldest brother," and I commented, "hey what a small world, I see him all the time pick up a little girl at my kids school." DH requested me n here we are almost 4 years later, Married with our very own piojito ( nickname for our daughter).

I didn't meet my Husband online but I had a co-worker who met her husband through Craigslist! She was just looking for someone to go hiking with and he was too, so they met up with friends and years years later, they were married and have children! Craziest story ever, but life is like that!

I met FH online. We've been inseparable since then.

We met online from plenty of fish.com and we consider dating from the time he asked me to be his girlfriend which was after we met in person and hung our for a bit

We met on match, sent a few emails and then met for drinks. We have been together for over 3 years now and will be married in 2 months!
