Just curious how many people you invited to your wedding and how many actually showed up? We have 100 guest minimum and we are inviting 120 hoping to get 100 or slightly over. We cant afford anymore than 120 which is why we arent going to invite more and pray for declines. We are only inviting...

Never realised how nerve wracking guest lists can be!!! I cant imagine how people have 300+ guest lists we struggled for 120! Lol

We invited 140 - 80 RSVP'd and about 70 showed up. Note: Our wedding was OOT (3 hour+ drive) for everyone except for DH.

We are inviting 115 and although we budgeted for 100% attendance, I'm secretly hoping we have less than 100 guests.

Inviting 250 or so (# sans vendors) and anticipating around 200-225 (Counted potentially up to 37 kids under age 11 just on my side!) Venue holds 280 (though cozily) and our minimum is 150.

We're inviting 55 and we're told to expect 48-50 of those to actually show up. Hopefully that's the case and I would be incredibly surprised if all 55 would show up!

We barely have 100 guests. Most of my family won't be attending (India) so our guest list is down to like 79. With people that just end up not showing, I feel like we should invite more. Ha! Most caterers won't do less than 100 or have told us to account for 100 and just get left overs.

We are inviting 145 but our min is 125 so i am hoping to stay close to that, we do know about 10 people that aren't able to come but we are still inviting them. Due to cost we didn't want more than 150 inviting total.

As of now the total guest count with their so and kids we are over 250. We already know a lot won't be able to come but we still want to extend them an invite. I am hoping we only get 150 people total.

Our max is 100 guests. But we're struggling to even think of that many people lol. I think we are up to 75

Inviting 130 people, but the venue holds up to 180. To get the buffet ($68/plate) vs the sit down dinner ($72) you need to keep it at 130 or less and in order to have the cocktail hour at the swanky bar in the hotel it needs to be 140 or less. I hoping for 100-120 to show up but we also have to consider our $10,000 food and beverage minimum

I want to send out more invitations if people decline because my FH and I both have two large Italian families. I won't have space for all the friends I want. Hoping many will decline so I can invite moreSmiley smile

My venue holds up to 600 they can divide it into 3 diff rooms. We opted for the bigger room... Minimum 100 as long as we are 100-110 I'd be happy. Inviting 120 if they all come I could afford it but I'd rather be lower lol and never heard of 100% show rate Smiley smile woosahhhhh

We're inviting 150, and know at least 15 of those won't/can't come. Hoping for more declines to get us down to 125ish. If we get down to 100 we will upgrade the cocktail hour food to stay within our required minimum expenditure.

We invited 102, and 63 RSVPed yes. 4 are still uncertain. Most people from our respective families have to fly in or drive 8+ hours. It's not really a destination wedding, though, since we live within a couple hours of our venue. We didn't expect all people to come. Thankfully we have no minimum to meet for our venue. We did make sure not to go beyond the fire code Smiley smile
