How many people did you invite?

We invited 214 and our final head count is 164!

Lol some of these comments are great. I agree it's rude to have a B list and have people waiting in the wings in hopes of a decline so that they can be invited to your wedding... also only inviting certain people to ceremony n reception the rest have to kick rocks?? How is that not rude!?

We invited 138 and the RSVPs are rolling in everyday. We are hoping for around 100. Currently at 24 accepted and 12 declines.

Right now we're at 121 on the list (won't be sending out invites for a while) but they're all out of town so I'm not sure how many to expect. We were hoping to keep it around 75 attending but if there's more it's okay.

List is at 150 right now with a few we know won't be able to make it, including my grandparents

By the time we send invites I'm sure the list will have grown to 175 and at least 125 will attend.

Venue has 100 minimum and 350 max

Inviting 170, hoping for 150! Our venue holds 175 max so it'll be tight if nearly everyone attends! No children will be invited, though - it's a Saturday evening black tie affair.

I wouldn't struggle for people to invite but that's just me. I only want close people there, we invited 80.

Invited about 345, about 290 attended.

We invited 43, 41 RSVP'd, and 34 attended.

We sent invitations out to 245 this week. But when we counted up how many we think will actually come, it was closer to 150. But we are inviting family from all over the country (and world!) so not expecting too many of those to make it.

We invited around 160, we're hoping for about 140 (I know that at least 12 of my family members won't come due to distance). That doesn't include vendors, but does include around 10 kids.

We are inviting 98 (and including the two of us would be 100). We need a minimum of 75 but we easily have family and friends that far surpass that number (lol). It's still a miracle that we have been good about sticking to that number. I really hope all can attend but we shall see...

We are inviting 200 after cutting the guest list from 225. I bet we will have around 150-160 attend. I hope we meet our food minimum! But if not that means we get wide variety of late night snacks.

We are inviting 142. Expecting about 125 to show. No guest minimum at our venue, but the ceremony space is not that large, so we can't have any more guests than what we've invited (initially our target was 100..then 125..and then people just kept getting added).

Our reception space is a ballroom, so it's huge. But our ceremony space probably sits about 120, comfortably. Take out the wedding party from that number, and we should be alright, space-wise.

Our room minimum is 225. We're hoping to cut our ridiculous list down to about 300 (and we're probably only giving plus ones to people who are in a relationship now for our September wedding). We both have HUGE families and a lot of friends. Not inviting any co-workers. I was relieved when our if-we-could-invite-everyone list didn't go over 400. Hoping only 250-275 show up, because we're paying for it ourselves, but we were really lucky to find an inexpensive venue.
