How many programs do i need?

Jennifer, on October 3, 2018 at 7:07 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 10
Last might I decided I need programs for my wedding this Saturday. Just like everything else I did a DIY program and am currently printing them. But, I'm not sure how many to print. I have 82 adults coming to the ceremony once you subtract the bridal party. Almost all of our guests are families or couples with the exception of 2 or 3 singles. Will 30 programs be enough or should I print out more? I know they're not necessary and most people will throw them out but, I put our wedding hashtag on them, fun facts about us, a memorial section and fun facts about our guests.

I'm attaching a pic of them for those looking for inspiration on what to put on theirs.

P.S. please ignore my aweful nails. The spacing between my bachelorette party and my wedding would have made getting a fill in between poor timing so I'm getting them done today!

I would print a little extra since I think sometimes kids like to have their own. But I think you have a typo. Is it an angle pin or should be angel?

We chose to print one per person as ours were small, and after the ceremony we only had enough left for the wedding party and the no-shows. Everyone took one for the ceremony and nobody left them in the ceremony space, so they either kept them or threw them away after walking like 1/3 mile to the reception space where there were garbage cans. Since yours are big you could probably get away with one per couple if they are purposefully distributed that way.

No advice on how many programs to print, but I really like your programs! The back with the facts is so cute! I wasn't going to have programs but this kinda makes me want some, haha

Thank you! I wasnt going to but realize I'm one of those people that get bored waiting for a wedding to start. This will give some info and entertainment while people wait.

I like these! I personally would do at least one per family, or one per person if it's in the budget (even though they will just get thrown away).

If you are looking for suggestions I might reverse the order of your names so it is "Jennifer & Tyler" instead, that way it matches the sides of the wedding party. I can't really read the rest but it all looks really nice Smiley smile

I printed 150 copies of my program for 185 guests (so basically one per adult). I probably didn't need to print that many in hindsight. I would do more than 30 for 82 adults. I'd maybe do 50 or so. Your program is very cute!

I would do one per person. That's what we did and I personally prefer having my own program when I go to weddings.
