how many rows

TheOGJesse's Girl, on November 4, 2013 at 1:08 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 2

So I am having an outdoor (weather permitting) wedding at night. I am thinking of having hurricane vases with candles to mark the aisles. My wedding is for 125 people. How many rows do you think there will be??? I need to know how many hurricane vases to buy.

ETA: I found them where I can buy them for a $1 per vase, and in each case there's 12 vases. Making it $12 a case. It's easier to buy it by the case, of course. Should I just go ahead and buy 2 cases?

We are having kissing balls on every other aisle chair & tulle draped. There will be six chairs per side per row.

How many rows will be determine by how many seats per side per row. Try 8 in a row per side which is a total of 16 seats per row. You will need 8 rows which is 128 seats.

Don't forget that you will want one for each side of the aisle, so two per row

ask your venue what they usually do - Mine does 16 per row like Robin's (8 on each side) but it depends on the length and width of the area. you will also want more seats than butts so people don't have to get split up due to awkward seating arrangements. We are expecting to have about 135 people but will likely have 150 or so seats. 9 rows = 18 candles

i'd order at least two cases. You can always find a use for more candles
