I’m planning to make cupcakes for the wedding instead of ordering a cake. I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a cake that will likely taste horrible. I’m planning to make 2 for every guest.

We are looking at 3 right now with normal vanilla cupcakes for picky eaters and I'll ask Mama if she'll help me bake some of her yummy pies (apple and blueberry are my favorites).

Our wedding cake is two tiers 6” and 8”, but we’re having 50 cupcakes along with our cake. Thirty-six come with it but we added 14 more use in case.
