How many times did you change your wedding colors?

Fortunately, I am out far enough were I haven't actually purchased anything in my wedding colors yet. I am very indecisive and have wedding colors completely different now then I did when I first thought about what they would be. How many times did your wedding colors change before something stuck!?...

I had picked 2 color schemes. Navy blue, lime green and gold and that would have been my Hampton's Prep Theme. And my other choice was Black, Gold and White and the wedding would be quite glamorous. I wanted to wait til I got my dress. I ended up getting a huge satin ballgown covered in sparkle so we went with black gold and white.

A few, lol. Mostly because the shades of blue and green are impossible to find I like.

But I've been going with a charcoal and light blue for a while. But now I kind of think taupe and light blue will fit our theme better. GAAAH.

I never changed them because I'm marrying a UCLA fan. I guess the shades of blue and yellow have been in flux depending on swatches, but we've stuck with the basic idea of UCLA colors.

None...I've known what colors I wanted forever. My favorite color is purple, so I've always wanted purple and silver! =)

I don't really think I have a color scheme going. It's more about a time period....I think. I've just made sure everything matches. I have gold, silver, copper, campaign throughout. But flowers will be ivory, burgundy, pinks.

I have several insights on my Wedding colors. So I changed like 3 to 4 times but i ended up with a vintage one pink and cream color scheme or Antique white

I went to homedeopt and picked colors from paint chips... little did I know that Behrs "Rivers Edge" would be so hard to match! I am determined to make it work and I am thinking ill buy a small jug of the paint and paint whatever I can (centerpieces etc)

I haven't changed my colors but I'm worried if I don't find the color bridesmaid dresses I want then I will be forced to! My theme is burlap and lace and I wanted my BM's to wear a peach/apricot colored short chiffon dress and surprisingly those are kinda hard to come by at least near me. So if I do have to change it'll be plum instead!

We're both extremely laid back. We chose our colors and haven't changed them. If I wanted to, I'm sure my FW would just be like, "Oh, okay. Let's do that." haha.

I actually changed a few times in the beginning. We had trouble picking colors we both liked that we thought worked together without being "too dark" or "too bright". In the end we found a flower girl basket on sale with the exact shade of ribbon I had been looking for the entire time. After that, everything else just fell into place.

Ha! I'm constantly going back and forth between coral and mint for bridesmaids dresses.

Zero times. I knew right away the colors I wanted and stuck with them throughout planning. I'd go crazy if I let myself switch up colors...lol.

I knew immediately that I wanted blue and possibly yellow, neither pastel and not dark. Over time, I went from an electric shade of blue to "marine blue" when I found the perfect BM dress. (Marine according to Bill Levkoff - it's brighter than navy, a hint deeper than primary color blue.) I nixed the yellow, aside from the bottles of limoncello that we made for favors, and honestly there is very little blue aside from the dresses. Bouqets and arrangements are all ivory flowers and greenery. I went more for a certain timeless look/feel than for a color scheme, and it made me much less crazy as a result!

ETA: I'm sure what makes me happy would be underwhelming for some, but the church and venue ate both lovely on their own, and I'm a minimalist on these things. Smiley smile

I'm in the minority here that has not changed their colours. I've wanted an all-white wedding for as long as I can remember, so all-white it is!

    Changed our minds so often.

Colours, venue, style - don't think we're cut out to plan a wedding lol.
