We have the venue, catering, baker, photographer, HMUA and DJ book. The bartenders are provided by the venue. I am not having flowers, so just really need the officiant and videographer.
We've hired 10 so far; caterer, photographer, videographer, DOC, hair, MUA, DJ, bartender, florist, and lighting and decor. We still need a cake baker.

I think around 14. DJ, Florist, Cake lady, Cupcake lady, photographer x 3, videographer, catering, bartenders x 2, photo booth, shuttle service, Hair and make up.
Not counting the venue 13 total : three different rental companies, catering, bar, videography, hair stylist, DJ, makeup artist, baker, florist, coordinator, and officiant.
We have booked 8. Venue (ceremony and reception at same site), caterer, photographer, DJ, officiant, hair, makeup, and florist. My sister is making our cupcakes and the DOC and bartenders come with the venue.
Photo/video, florist, DJ, catering/alcohol is through the venue, makeup (hair is a work in progress), cake, hotels blocks if that counts. we had our priest but he has since discovered he will not be available.
Technically I've only hired 2! My venue and my photographer. My venue is all inclusive so they found the caterer, florist, cake baker, officiant, and bartender! All booked!
All done so venue was first that i booked, and food vendor, cake, florist, dj , hair and makeup , and got my dress still doing alterations sadly 2 weeks before wedding still doing them. Try it on week before wedding to make sure its all set and done. All set 30 days to go !!
I've booked 4 so far! I just need the DJ, a cake, and possibly a florist but not sure yet, maybe just get some fake flowers and DIY my own bouquets since I only need 2
