Hi! We are about to order beer for our wedding and we are unsure of how much to get. We will have about 100 guests, and will only be serving beer and wine.

We will also be having an open bar.

We also had a 100 person wedding with an open bar. We had 2 different beer options and ordered 9 cases of beer total.

I went through my guest list and counted how many drink beer and how many drink wine. Say if 25 people drink beer during a 4 hour reception you would want to get 200 beers at least. If you know your crowd and there are some heavy drinkers I would get a few extra cases.
