Hi all! I'm starting to get quotes from florists and I'm just curious what everyone else is paying for one? I'm especially interested to know if you're in an area that's super popular for weddings so I can make a comparison. I was super nervous to look into flowers, especially because friends who have gotten married in this area kept warning me about these outrageous prices, but the quotes came in much lower than I thought...I think I got a steal and the florist has a good rep. I'm getting a lot of greenery and that also cut down on my price a great deal. Thanks!

Edit: I know not everyone is planning to get a florist. Unfortunately I'm not creative/crafty enough to put together my own bouqet and decor, but I'd love to hear your prices as well!

Northwest Ohio - for a bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaid bouquets, 6 bouts, 2 corsages, and 12 centerpieces I paid $470. Original price was mid $500s, but we booked and paid in full early and received a discount.

I was quoted $1550.00 for simply greenery, 6 bm bouquets, bridal bouquet, etc. My florist works from her home so she doesn't have the overhead of a shop.

    ETA: South Jersey

We were quoted $1,600 to $3,600 from different florists for all the same amount and types of flowers. We have 3 bridesmaids, 3 groomsmen, and had 7 tables for centerpiece arrangements.

    Edit: We're in CT.

Just under $2k for my bouquet, roughly 6 corsages, rose petals for the aisle, 1 arch piece for the ceremony, table piece for the sweet heart table, and centerpieces. Our centerpieces are $50 an arrangement, consisting of hydrangeas and roses.

Quote is $550 for bridal bouquet, 3 BM bouquets, 7 boutonnières, 3 corsages, flower children petals, ceremony flowers (which will be turned into centerpieces), and cake flowers. My flower cost was pretty low at first, but after my initial quote, I added some VERY expensive fresh flowers for the cake and for the ceremony decor. The type of flower and the labor involved in creating the flower arrangement you want can make a difference. For example, my BM bouquets are just one type of flower (each has a different flower type) so no labor is being charged for their bouquets.
