Our reception is going to be five hours long. We are serving a full southern barbecue for dinner and having country dancing afterwards. We are offering coke, diet coke, sprite, sweet tea, unsweetened tea, water, and strawberry lemonade. The lemonade and sweet tea or going to be made by us ahead of time (the lemonade will be the powdered mix). We are calculating using 100 guests.
1. How many two liter bottles of each type of soda do I need?
2. How many gallons of unsweetened tea should I budget for?
All help will be appreciated. I have looked at many sites and have just gotten more and more confused by all the equations that they use to figure it out.
