That depends on many factors. How many hours is the event? Are there other drinks being served? Will it be hot outside or is it indoors in a comfortable temp?

Our wedding is this weekend too. 4:00 to be exact 💍😂💍. We are buying 500 bottles for 259 guest. What we don’t use we will take home. So basically 2 bottles per person plus a water station with cucumbers, lemon and mint.

I'd guess 2 per person would be a good estimate, but like Shannon said, there's a lot of other things to factor in. Time, temperature, other drink options, how much you think people will be dancing, etc.

I’ve always read at least 2 drinks per person per hour, which includes non alcoholic beverages. You can always take home leftovers

Having worked a wedding where the wasn’t enough water, buy extra. Especially if it’s going to be warm.

Do you not have servers who would go around refilling the water glasses? If so I'd buy at least 1 per person per hour, and if it's going to be warm, extras would be good
