We thought this too and then life gets in the way (blue collar work and long days). My fiancé is asleep on the couch 10 minutes after dinner during the week LOL

I don't think intimacy is just sex. My husband and I have lived together for almost three years. We were doing it about once a week or so, but now we are trying for a baby so we are doing it every other day at least.

I work long hours (grocery warehouse-holidays are insane for us) and lately haven't been feeling like myself due to stress, so our love life has gone down a bit, but I would say we average once a week too. I tend to pass out on the couch right after dinner lol. But we cuddle and stuff everyday so we at least have that!

Honestly to me, i'm not that much of a sexual person but i do it because i know my husband wants to and enjoys it. so it's moreso an act of love i do for him. we are probably at twice a week

I actually had to track it due to some medical issues lol. We have sex about 4 times a week. More when I'm healthier and less when I'm not, but 4 is about average (: We've lived together for about 3 years and have been together about 5. I'd say it's stayed pretty consistent throughout the years - obviously a little more once we actually moved in together haha.

Pre-baby it was 3-6x a day ... post baby I’ll say about every other day.

Honestly, it really depends on our schedules. As often as possible, all things going well, but right now DH's job is understaffed, so the exhaustion on his end is real.

But, we're also TTC.

We both work in aviation so we have kind of a hectic home schedule. Even though we live together we could go a couple weeks without seeing each other as we are both flying. However, when we are home together we try to have sex at least once a day to make up for the time lost. It all depends on how we are feeling also, if I just worked a red-eye (overnight flight) I will for sure not be "in the mood" when I get home and vice versa for FH. I was recently furloughed (temporarily) from my airline so I am home all the time now and honestly it's been wonderful, I do miss my job but being home every time he comes home has been great and great for our sex life also.
