I had my second dress fitting last week and I'm worried that my dress is too tight. It is a trumpet shape, so it is meant to be form fitting. However, I couldn't even bend over to do the strap on my shoe. She's going to let the dress out in the hips so that I can sit more comfortably, but I'm...

I had my second dress fitting last week and I'm worried that my dress is too tight. It is a trumpet shape, so it is meant to be form fitting. However, I couldn't even bend over to do the strap on my shoe. She's going to let the dress out in the hips so that I can sit more comfortably, but I'm slightly worried that I'm going to embarrass myself by not being able to bend over to pick something up if needed.

    I have a mermaid as well. I managed to get on the ground at the bridal portrait session and got myself back up. But it is not easy. I felt like it was my long line bra and slip that was making it harder to bend and such than the dress. We will see how well I can sit Saturday.. lol

    This makes me glad for my luck that FH is a physical therapist, and I can make him help me sit and stand as needed =P

    So she let out "4 stitches" and it is so much better! I have hope that I might be able to pee.

    My dress stretched out considerably after wearing it for an hour. I was surprised how much I was pulling it up at the end of the night when I could barely breathe when I put it on.

    @KDS I'm laughing and crying ... lord save us all!! One one hand, I knew what I was in for. On the other, there was no way I was NOT wearing a mermaid!!
