How to best create a poll on wedding website?

I need a way to poll my guests -- whether they will be needing transportation to/from the wedding venue from the hotel or not. I tried embedding a poll from elsewhere, but that didn't work -- it just came out straight HTML. What is the best way to do this?

    Survey monkey aldehyde has the best polls. Maybe try and have a link to your poll on your website?

    I am putting a line on our RSVP cards since we are removing the dinner options - we are planning to bus our guests so they can partake in the open bar and can't decide between the two bus sizes. Following for more ideas too!

    Hi Gwen! Many of our users utilize the RSVP page itself on their wedding websites to collect information. In the text box you can ask your guests "Please let us know if you need transportation when you RSVP" when when they make their selection, they can comment their response as needed.
