Is there a way to edit/create new categories in the Task Lists?

Yeah you should see the edit option after you click on the specific task... or the + button to add some...

Hi Cynthia! You can edit existing tasks by heading to your Checklist from a computer and clicking the task you would like to edit. You will then see an option to re-name the task, chose the category and set the time frame for the task. You can also add a new, blank task by clicking the 'Add a new task' button that appears at the top of your Checklist!
