How to deal with unresponsive vendor?

My wedding is coming up in November and I am having issues getting responses from a few of my vendors. I love planning and getting ahead of things, but this has made my ability to do so incredibly difficult. It’s getting to the point where I’m wondering if they will actually show up and meet the terms of our agreement. Any feedback on how to handle this? Thanks!

    How long has it been since you contacted them? What methods (phone call, email, social media message, etc) have you used to contact them? If it's been over a week with no response, try contacting them again, though maybe use a different method of communication (especially a phone call or even an in-person visit if they have an office location).

    How many times have you tried to contact these vendors and how far often are you reaching out

    So honestly, I felt the same way. I am very much a planner and wanted to get ahead on certain things. But now I've realized that sometimes they can't help you do that for various reasons. First, something might change from now to then so if they spend time talking with you now and it changes that was almost a wasted conversation. Secondly, while your wedding is the most important to you right now, they probably have 10 other weddings between now and yours to worry about. So they probably try to focus 1-2 weeks out so they can give each of their couples their undivided attention. If you have chosen vendors with great reviews, try not to worry too much about it. They have likely done a thousand weddings so they know how the day goes and will get the job done as requested.

    I’m really only having issues with one. I sent multiple text messages and emails over the span info 1 month.

    Thank you for your advice! The reviews I saw for the vendors I haven’t had good communication with were positive. So hopefully this is a good sign. I hope you’re right!!!
