I did this several days ago and haven't received any response.

I had to delete a second website I had through a second account on here, and I was able to just delete the account. However, my current website isn't showing up when I use the search feature. I've read various posts that the system is just buggy. It's safer to give guests the direct link to your website if that's an option!

Yeah I ended up finding the format not to be the best so I just created a new one and didn't realize it wasn't a quick deactivation.

I emailed help and was told they would take it down. So hopefully that works.

As you can see and if you read through past discussions a lot of people have problems with wedding wire website. If you haven't sent it out on anything, switch now. Zola or the knot have great options.
