how to hand out ice cream tokens

So instead if booze we are doing a ice cream hour. We are renting a ice cream truck and giving our guest a free ice cream on us. I am lost on a way to give each one a tokrn, I don't want the hassle of handing them out individually, I have 180 guest that would take forever. I've tossed around many ideas but they all invigorating tape. I can't use tape since they are plastic and may not come off all the way. I've thought about making my own and use tape but seems like a big waste of money. Any ideas ....

Side note my programs will be on palm fans, since its outside. I don't know how to tie them on maybe?

You could print out customized tickets. Perhaps add a cute poem? I would have a ticket/token at each place setting so you don't have to worry about handing them out. You could also incorporate them into your place cards if you are doing assigned seating.

It's a cute idea, but I don't know if I'd want to bother with it. Can you go without the tokens?

I would make it a station. Put a small table near the ice cream truck with a sign that says something to the nature of "For a sweet treat take a token"… or something… I'm not really feeling witty this morning. If you're worried that you may have a few gluttons grabbing more than one token, figure that you'll probably have a few people that wont have any at all.

No I don't have to have tokens but at the same time not to be cheap hut I'm not willing to fork out the bill for people getting greedy. So the tokens makes it easy. One each on me, that's it. I'm not doing a seating chart.. I wish I was at this point lol but don't want to deal with that either.... Making mine own would be simple but I'm really trying to reduce my carbon foot print. So paper is out Eco friendly has proven to be pain lol
