How to have a comment box on the RSVP

Thanks, I mean, how do I do that? I don't see any options for adding a comment box in the RSVP app.

Here on WW? I believe there already is a comment box.

Yeah, verified, guests search for themselves, click on accept/decline, and the last page before they submit includes an "Optional" comment box.
