How to help bride in final weeks before the wedding?

I am MOH for my friend who is very independent & her mom and FMIL are super involved (to the point of overbearing) in the wedding planning. She is overwhelmed by how involved they are so I’ve been trying to not crowd her with more wedding stuff. I threw the bachelorette party which was great because I had free reign over all of the planning and details without the input of her mom and FMIL. I’m just wondering how I can help now? I’m thinking of offering to receive/check negative Covid tests before the wedding or asking if I can help make the welcome bags for overnight guests. Is there any other assistance you would have liked in the weeks before your wedding?

Here are a few tasks I am giving to my bridesmaids and MOH for day of:
phone duty-taking my phone and answering any calls/texts and only bothering me with them if it is urgent
makeup duty-making sure my makeup is in place all day and helping me touch it up
drink duty-I'm assigning one of my bridesmaids to get me drinks because I'll be mingling so much I probably won't have time to go to the bar to get drinks. And I'm having her alternate between water and wine.
You can also just ask her exactly what she may need help with! There may be something she has in mind for you but doesn't want to bother you with it. Hope this helps!
