How to include Step kids in wedding day while also making sure we are alone on our wedding night?

I have 2 Step kids (12 and 9) - they have different mothers and the 9 year old lives with us full time. The 12 year old comes over every other weekend.
I also have a 5 year old Bio son from a previous marriage

Me and my fiance 100% want our kids part of the wedding day, the part that seems to be tricky is figuring out the after the wedding/ceremony. What is the best way to go about that? Secondly, for the step parents did you have your honeymoon right after your wedding or did you wait to make sure it worked with everyone’s schedules? I find I am trying to make sure everyone is part of our day, while me and my fiance still get to have our wedding night *alone* and have a honeymoon. I’m debating if it would be better to just spread it all out.
