How to make a song play only a certain part on itunes

We will be using my FH’s iPhone on airplane mode played via Bluetooth for our wedding music. He has a playlist for music to play while guests arrive, and a playlist beginning with the song for us to walk back down the aisle and then continuing with music for the reception. I want to use A Thousand Years by the piano guys for the song I walk into (no one else is walking down aisle, kids will just take their places at the front along with my FH). Is there any way for him to edit the song in iTunes so that it will play a certain part of the song for me to walk down to?
