How to Overcome Wedding Regrets?

I recently received my wedding photos/video back..which that in itself was one of my regrets. And it just brought back the memories that I wanted to forget. Not to say that it wasn't one of the happiest days because it was. I just wish things went a little better. I lost weight, even though I wasn't trying to. So my dress didn't fit properly. People were making the wedding about them and their family issues...which took away the focus from us. And many other things but, this is just a vent. Does anyone have any wedding regrets and how did you overcome them?
