How to present "boudoir" photos to him?

Squish, on October 23, 2014 at 9:59 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 10

I have never been a "sexy picture taker" kinda lady, and my FH is totally into it! I did't want to spend the extra money so I decided to give it a go with my own DSLR. The pictures came out well enough, and I had lots of fun taking them while he was gone! He went bat sheet crazy over the one and only picture I sent to him years ago, when we first started dating .. so I'm hoping these are a hit!

We've always been pretty open about our bodies and that kind of stuff, so I don't mind the guys seeing them - plus they're not really nude at all. We also have 2 cinematographers capturing the day, and I'd love to have his reaction captured if he chose to open it in front of him.. I am wearing his wedding shirt, so I wanted to write something like "I hope you enjoy wearing your shirt today as much as I did." Har har. My question is, how would you present them? I just have these three I really like, and don't really want a photo book - I'd like them bigger!

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks! I was thinking of getting a picture frame and some how fitting them all next to each other with the note framed in it as well.. so not creative!

I bet you could find a matted picture frame with four slots in it and put the handwritten note in it, too.

Maybe make him do a scavenger hunt for it? And at the bottom of the note, let him know he'll get the whole treasure later.

You look great! what about one of your gm giving it to him? ooh if you aren't living together or at least not spending the night together the day before the wedding...wrap up a big canvas in a box and leave it at his place for him to come home to..you can leave a nice little note on the back of the canvas...he can have a little hime to enjoy the pic(s) to himself before the actual wedding day!

Monica, I like the matted picture frame idea! I think I will look for that!

And thank you Jacquie, we actually have a house together.. so that wouldn't work. ): Good thought... we'll all be at the hotel room up closer to the venue with our parties the night before. His dad is actually his best man, so I may hand it over to him. Smiley smile

Try craft stores like Hobby Lobby, Jo-Ann, or Michael's. They always have awesome sales and coupons.

I have the 40% of coupon on my phone for Michaels and HL - love that place, it's dangerous.

I think if I took some more revealing pictures for later, that would be super cute - I would love for him to see me in the shirt he's going to be wearing that day though... I'm never sneaky or creative because he's always two steps ahead of me. lol

Miss to Mrs that is his shirt he's going to have on for the wedding, just with a black vest over it. lol. very different, but he loves it and i love that he loves it.. that's why I wanted him to see it that morning. Smiley laugh

Thank you Staci! I had fun doing it! Setting the timer and running to pose a million times was a PAIN though. I ordered a "clicker" and it was the wrong one. I sent him an hour away to build fishing poles for his birthday, so I knew he wouldn't come home on me .. had to switch to Plan B or risk not getting them done that day. hah!
