How to source Bartenders via Weddingwire?

I'm wondering if the bartenders are grouped in the Catering category? It looks like if you go to Vendors, then Catering, you should be able to filter on Bartending services.

You could always do a Google search. You know "bartender in Flint, MI" or wherever the wedding is.

Lisa is correct! Bartenders are grouped under Catering - just scroll down through the search filters for the "Bar Services" category and that will improve your vendor results!!

Hey! I did some research myself and found that occasionally rental companies can provide these services, there are also bartending companies that provide this service, and as in the case with one of my caterers, they have their won restaurant and don't just do catering, so they are providing our wedding with bartending service. I am super happy with this as a choice personally because it keeps my list of vendors shorter! I hope this info was helpful and best of luck!

All the catering companies I've reached out to require alcohol purchase through them to even consider your event. However that isn't feasible with my budget. Appreciate the insights though!

View Quoted Comment Another thing you could do is join a Facebook group for local weddings! Search for "[city/area name] Weddings". Often times, local vendors are in those groups, and will advertise their services. Put a post listing your wedding date and location, budget for a bartender, and any special requests (do they need to supply the alcohol, or are you? How many hours will you need them for? Etc), and vendors within your budget should reply.
