How to unlink custom domain

I purchased a custom domain to use for my wedding website about three years ago through WeddingWire/GoDaddy. I have kept the custom domain through auto renewal since the time. I am now trying to unlink my old wedding website and the url name to use it for a blog, but can’t figure out how! Currently when I type in my custom url it forwards to my wedding page. Does anyone know how to stop the url forwarding so I can use it for a blog instead...? Thanks!
