How to view list of guests with “need Hotel” option

The best way to view who needs a hotel on your guest list is to click on the export button on the right side of the page and click on the print button that shows up. You can find this information on the right side of the page that pops up. Making this feature more visible is something that we hope to see with future updates. Hope this helps!

Is there a way to just ask guests if a hotel is needed in the RSVP (like the meal preferences)?

I agree that seeing this in the list of attendees (or in the summary) would be great. Many of our guests that are connected are staying in the same room, so an export doesn't really help count the number of rooms your party needs. Something in the summary that would give you a total count, as well as a count that takes into consideration guest plus 1, would be very helpful for planning.

It would be really helpful to just see a list of who needs what. Having to export it all the time is annoying.
